full planning & design package

for the bride who wants it all

Our full planning & design package is perfect for couples who want a professional by their side from start to finish, mapping out each step of the journey and setting expectations for the year so you never feel lost.

We’ll create your custom wedding budget, map out your monthly goals, and set up your tastings, tours, and more! From sourcing and securing trusted vendors, to making sense of proposals and negotiating your contracts, we’re here to take the guesswork out of it, save you time, and maximize your budget.

We'll dive into design - we'll build your wedding aesthetic and discuss ways to tie in meaningful elements - those that speak to your cultures or you as a couple. Together, we'll build a vision that’s distinctively yours.

We also handle all the logistical planning and the legal side of things. We’ll oversee communication between your venue, staff, and vendors, and act as your advocate behind the scenes, so you can focus on the fun, rather than the to-do list.

WEDDING COORDINATION

for the bride who wants perfect organization

We know from experience that even the most carefully planned weddings can become overwhelming as the big day approaches.

That’s why we've created our extended three-month coordination package—so you can enter your wedding day feeling calm, confident, and ready to celebrate.

During this time, we'll create your wedding timeline with every important detail built in - from the fun stuff like lighting cues and drink service, to the BTS items like turnovers and rain plans.

We'll design your floor plans, build your seating charts, and hone in on decor opportunities within the space.

We'll finalize the plans with each of your vendors - whether it be song selections for your DJ, or a shot list for your photographer - and schedule final calls to prep everyone for the day.

We’ll also field guest questions, oversee vendor communication, and guide you through a ceremony rehearsal. And on the day? We're onsite working our magic so you’re free to sip champagne & dance the night away!

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I do! If you find yourself mid-planning process but want more support than day of, please reach out to share what you'd like to focus on. I'm happy to create something custom for my clients that fall between full planning & coordination.

  • YOU GUYS. Seriously! I’m in it for my clients. I've been lucky to have extremely creative, thoughtful, down to earth brides and grooms who are excited to collaborate and get into the nitty gritty of it. if you want someone akin to a personal assistant that you can simply delegate to, then i'm not the right planner for you!

  • Never! I've been offered this several times and the answer is always no. I want you guys to know that when I recommend a venue or a vendor, it's because I can attest to the quality of the team and the work, and believe it's the right fit for you.

  • I love your parents! I'll happily say hello to them on zoom or answer any questions they may have. But this is your opportunity to be the decision makers in this process, so I only take direction from my brides and grooms. This avoids inevitable issues and stress - trust me!

  • For both coordination and wedding planning, I start booking out a year in advance, even a little earlier than that! So although you may only want a coordinator to jump in a few months before your wedding day, let's still plan on having that conversation at the beginning of the planning process, so you can lock in your date & not worry about it later down the line!

  • To put it simply, I do not! I understand how busy life can be with work, travel and social obligations, and adding wedding planning to your schedule is not easy! I try to offer one evening and one weekend day each week to help accommodate my clients. And I am always available if you need to shoot me a quick question or bounce an idea off me - just reach out!

  • I wish I could! Our consultation call is not only an opportunity for you to see if you'd like to hire me, but it also allows me to understand if we align aesthetically and personality-wise, and if your timeline and guest count align well with your proposed wedding budget. I can only take on clients that I am certain I can produce results for, given the parameters and pricing within NYC and MIA.

  • Many times! I am happy to take on clients that have less than the recommended planning time, however, it does require an extremely decisive couple that can work at an accelerated rate and not get overwhelmed by the little details. Knowing yourself in this process and what works for you goes a long way!

  • Absolutely! I host weddings of all religious backgrounds and cultural components. If you are looking for a more non-traditional wedding, it's important to define in advance which wedding components we have flexibility with, and which ones will adhere to a more traditional structure.

  • I offer discounts to clients hosting micro-weddings of 50 guests or less. While the complexity of these weddings isn't often less than larger weddings, I understand that micro-wedding clients budget differently for a more intimate wedding experience.
