Serve as the main point of contact for your venue, vendors and event staff to field questions and provide direction so you don’t have to.
Logistical Planning + Legal
Organize wedding logistics, including rain plans, setup and breakdown, event turnovers, guest transportation and more. Handle collection of wedding insurance and other required documents from all of your contracted vendors, and stay on top of any other legal requirements or rules the venue has asked of you.
Weekend Events
Plan all wedding weekend events, whether it's a rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks event, or goodbye brunch.
Day of Coordination
Our full wedding planning & design clients also receive everything in our wedding coordination package, including a final runthrough, ceremony rehearsal, and day of coordination by our avalinda onsite team from load in and set up through breakdown and load out at the end of the evening.

Final Runthrough
Host a final runthrough zoom with your onsite wedding coordination team to run through the entirety of the plans top to bottom. You'll get to meet your coordinators and they'll get to ask questions and make changes as we move through.
Ceremony Rehearsal
Run ceremony rehearsal onsite (if venue permits) or at a location convenient - often times at the rehearsal dinner location, your hotel or a local park.
Day of Coordination
Coordinate the entire wedding day - from vendor load in + set up through the wedding and to vendor load out + breakdown. Enjoy your wedding and leave the rest to us!
Wedding Timeline
Create highly-detailed run of show that maps out the entire wedding day from the hair & makeup schedule in the morning through breakdown at the end of the night. Includes direction for every vendor team, as well as coordination for all special moments, including things like speeches, dances, introductions and more.
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception Floor Plans
Design floor plans for every event during the wedding that include seating charts and venue setup details for rentals, furniture, lighting, florals and other vendor services. Direction given for item repurposing, event turnovers and rain plans.
Decor Production
Create decor inventory sheet of all decor items that need to be set up and broken down. Collect inspo photos of how everything should look, and build breakdown log of what will be packed up and what will be disposed of.
Vendor Details
Finalize worksheets and detailed plans for each vendor - items like portrait lists for your photographer, song selections for your DJ, and dietary restrictions for your caterer.
