Here’s a little snapshot of what we’ll accomplish each month:
wedding Coordination
Years of experience have shown us that even well-planned weddings become very stressful in the final MONTHS. We offer a 2 month coordination package to avoid just that – we want our brides and grooms to feel relaxed and ready for their big day. WE’LL STEP IN WITH ENOUGH TIME TO PREVENT ERRORS, FINALIZE ALL OFTHE DETAILS, AND GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOUR FIANCE as a couple.
2 MONTHS OUT
This month we’ll map out your complete wedding timeline hour by hour to show you how the day will flow as a whole. We’ll create a custom photography plan, organize your hair & makeup schedule, and build in UNIQUE moments using lighting, specialty cocktails, music cues and any other elements you’ve carefully selected.
We’ll also reach out to your vendors to build out setup, turnovers, breakdown, and any other logistical planning your wedding might require. WE’LL TAKE CARE OF INSURANCE AND LEGAL, FULFILL VENUE OBLIGATIONS, AND We’ll also schedule final consultations with ALL OF YOUR WEDDING vendors.

1 MONTH OUT
This month WE’ll walk the VENUE to get a feel for event flow in real time and to assess lighting & DECOR opportunities within the SPACE. We’ll design your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception floor plans, and decide on the placement of your decor.
once those RSVPs are in, we’ll build your seating charts and design and your day of stationary. We’ll do a final run-through with your coordination team, discuss rain plans and any last minute changes, and host a ceremony rehearsal if needed.
We’ll remind you about final payments, collect your vendor tips, and answer questions for any of your arriving wedding guests. This is the moment when you can let go, leave it to us, and have an incredible day - dedicated to you!

The full wedding planning & design package is perfect for couples who want a professional planner to lay out what their year of planning will look like. We’ll build youR custom WEDDING budget, map out your monthly PLANNING goals, and schedule your tastings, tours and more. We’ll source your vendors, and help you understand proposals and negotiate YOUR contracts. We’ll handle the logistical planning, insurance and legal. And we’ll oversee the communication between your staff and vendors so you don’t have to. The wedding planning year can be incredibly fun, but only if you stay on track. So let’s get started!
BUDGET CREATION
WE WILL CREATE A Custom WEDDING BUDGET based on what’s most important to you as a couple. We will share industry AVERAGES and offer tips and tricks to help you save and maximize your budget.
VENDOR SOURCING + CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
we will Provide access to our extensive vendor network and organize an array of cutting edge vendor services based on the criteria you’ve laid out for each. we’ll Communicate and negotiate with your prospective wedding vendors to make sure the pricing and services offered are fair and fit well.
LOGISTICAL PLANNING + STAFF MANAGEMENT
WE WILL Oversee ALL wedding logistics, including your rain plan, vendor load in & load out windows, event turnovers, guest transportation and more. WE’ll serve as the main point of contact for your venue, vendors and event staff to field questions and provide direction so you don’t have to.
AESTHETIC CURATION
WE WILL CREATE MOOD BOARDS, DISCUSS COLOR PALETTE, and establish a wedding aesthetic that will encompass all elements, from florals and lighting, to drinks and decor.
STRATEGIC PLANNING + AGENDA SETTING
We’ll Build a custom checklist based on your wedding priorities to ensure we hit our planning goals each month. we’ll also Schedule venue tours, tastings, showroom appointments, hair & makeup trials, hotel tours and vendor consultations to manage your schedule and help you stay on track.
WEDDING COORDINATION
Our full wedding planning & design clients also receive everything in our wedding coordination package, including a final runthrough, ceremony rehearsal, and day of coordination by our avalinda onsite team.
